During my time in university, my course tasked us with the challenge of rebranding a small business we found great interest in. We had to look out for the consistency in their logos, branding, and collateral.

Saturn Return, an alternative vintage shop in Richmond, Virginia, was the perfect choice. Their edgy and dark aesthetic was an amazing opportunity for a rebrand that pushed the idea of their slogan even more, a store that referred to itself as being “Gothic Cowboy.” Although their fonts and logo emphasized that the store leaned toward the darker side, that notable Western feel was missing.
